"Evening Wrap-up." You can choose to participate in as many or as few as you want each day and find changes will happen. The personal stories are uplifting and motivating.
This is a wonderful tool in the arsenal of healthy living. I enjoyed reading the tips and look forward to the daily motivation. This book is for anyone who wants to improve their health and will help diabetics with the encouragement needed to fight the daily battles of nutrition and exercise. The personal stories are always a favorite part of my reading and I think you will enjoy them too.
